AssistPainRelief.com is not responsible for the individual laws of the customer's own country as they pertain to our products.

If, however, your order becomes lost in the postal system, damaged in transit or is not received in serviceable condition then we do offer a limited guarantee. We offer to replace your order, free of charge, one time only.

Please note that this guarantee does not apply to orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at the time the order was placed.
